Additional Requirements: Industry Experience:
- 2+ (two+) years in sales coordination, industrial tech solutions, sales, marketing, international trading/agency, export-import management or sales-support procedures within the fashion, apparel, or textile sectors in Bangladesh.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of sustainability practices and their role in manufacturing.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Languages:
- Fluency in English (verbal, written, business english); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator & Assistant to CEO to join our forward-thinking team. This dual-role position is critical in driving sales operations, supporting sustainable initiatives, and assisting the CEO in strategic business development. Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination:
- Manage and oversee daily sales operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to promote sustainable tech solutions.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and marketing presentations.
- Analyze sales activities to identify trends and opportunities for forecast generation and updating the forecast.
- Support customer relationship management, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Coordination and follow-up with suppliers & foreign partners throughout the entire sales-cycle throughout lead-generation, proposal, order placement, foreign purchase payment procedure (LC / TT), shipments, customs clearance ,delivery etc.
- Attending and coordinating seminars, trainings, meetings, trade-shows so on home and abroad.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.
- Coordinate the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and events.
- Assist in drafting high-level communications, reports, and strategic presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, resources & partners ensuring timely and efficient communication.
