∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales follow-up and review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
∎ Coordinate between the CEO and the field team.
∎ Collaborate with marketing team to increase store footfalls and sales.
∎ Focus on slow-moving items and arrange to clear stock.
∎ Look over the existing sales and distribution strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect company interests.
∎ Direct the sales team in generating more sales, solving problems and improve overall status.
∎ Maintain relationships with existing Brand Partners.
∎ Bridge communication from Brand Partners to Sales, Finance, Product, Logistics teams.
∎ Foster relationships with new Brand Partners and onboard them with consent from the CEO.
∎ Investigate challenges and factors impacting sales performance.
∎ Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
∎ Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
