Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist customers in the showroom
∎ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorbike models
∎ Provide detailed information on product features and benefits
∎ Conduct test rides and explain safety protocols
∎ Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest models and industry trends
∎ Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
∎ Process sales transactions and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
∎ Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
∎ Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and activities.
