∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Brand Promotion, Product Promotion, Sales Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be responsible for all kind of promotional activities like booth campaign, Colleges, Universities and Coaching center campaign, corporate campaign, leafleting co direct selling and advising Super Hostel's features and benefits to the consumers.
∎ Providing branch information with different facilities to the customers and helps them to choose best branch location for accommodation.
∎ Convince to target customers and let them agree to choose Super Hostel.
∎ Ability to manage people with full of confident.
∎ Find out the appropriate location for our brand promotion.
∎ To ensure the execution of promotional initiatives and initiates to boost up the sales.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management.
∎ Need to understand the company mission & vision clearly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Be a "brand ambassador" that represents the company's brand and values.
∎ Be well-groomed and presentable.
∎ Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
∎ Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
∎ Product Knowledge
∎ Willing to work in a field.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Candidate will get residential facility from the company if perform well.
∎ Breakfast, lunch and snacks provided by company.
∎ Sales incentive.
