Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing day-to-day sales operations.
∎ This role requires excellent communication skills in English.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various digital sales channels.
∎ Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential clients, build relationships, and effectively communicate the value of LeadVenus's services to book meetings.
∎ Sales Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales process, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
∎ Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

∎ Requirements:
∎ Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
∎ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, AI, and CRM systems to manage sales activities and track performance.
∎ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and achieve targets.
