∎ Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing day-to-day marketing and sales operations.
∎ This role requires a deep understanding of marketing, sales, excellent communication skills in English, and a strong grasp of project management principles.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various digital sales channels.
∎ Conduct outreach to potential clients, build relationships, and effectively communicate the value of LeadVenus's services.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales process, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
∎ Maintain and update the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics.
∎ Engage with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and book meetings.
∎ Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

∎ Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in B2B marketing and sales, with a deep understanding of marketing and sales techniques.
∎ Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
∎ Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems to manage sales activities and track performance.
∎ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and achieve targets.
∎ Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with other team members to achieve common goals.
∎ Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and instructions, and apply them effectively in daily tasks.

∎ Preferred Qualifications:
∎ Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
∎ Knowledge of the latest marketing and sales trends and tools.
∎ Bachelor's degree.

∎ Salary: Based on experience.
