Should have experience as sales assistant in outlets, preferably in confectionary/bakery/sweet shop outlet.

·         Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.

·         Recommend and display items that match customer needs.

·         Welcome and greet customers.

·         Manage point -of-scale processes

·         Accurately describe product features and benefits.

·         Greets customers upon entering the store.

·         Assists customers in location specific products.

·         Answers enquiries.

·         Directs customers to the manager for decisions out of their hands

·         Replenishes product inventory.

·         Assists cashiers.

·         Tracks and reports record of sales.

·         Seeks feedback to improve customer service.
