Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. অর্ডারে পণ্য গ্রহণ/ভাউচার চালান, ডেলিভারি চালান।
∎ 2. স্টক ইনভেন্টরি.
∎ 3. গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ এবং দাবি নিষ্পত্তি করা।
∎ 4. ভাল অবস্থায় স্টক রাখা.
∎ 5. সমস্ত ভৌত স্টোরেজকে নিরাপদ অবস্থায় রাখা।
∎ 6. সে অনুযায়ী সেলস সুপারভাইজার এবং হেড অফিস রিপোর্ট করতে সক্ষম।
∎ 7. কাস্টোমারকে সম্মানের সাথে স্বাগতম জানাতে হবে।
∎ 8. কাস্টোমারের চাহিদা জানতে হবে।
∎ 9. কাস্টোমারকে সঠিক/ভালো প্রোডাক্ট নির্বাচনে সহায়তা করতে হবে।
∎ 10. কাস্টোমারকে প্রোডাক্ট পরিধানে সহায়তা করতে হবে।
∎ 11. কাস্টোমারকে আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট ডিজাইন এবং প্রোডাক্টের বৈশিষ্ট্য সম্পর্কে বলতে হবে।
∎ 12. কাস্টোমারকে আমাদের সকল ধরণের নতুন প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কে অবগত করতে হবে।
∎ 13. POS এর মাধ্যমে বিক্রয় সম্পন্ন করতে হবে এবং সম্মানের সাথে পণ্য কাস্টোমারের হাতে হস্তান্তর করতে হবে।
∎ 14.কোম্পানীর নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সকলকে অবশ্যই কোম্পানীর T-Shirt পরিধান করতে হবে এবং পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন থাকতে হবে।
∎ 15. কাস্টোমারকে সর্বদা হাসি মুখে বিদায় দিতে হবে।
