Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective customers’ lead & prepare report daily, weekly & Monthly.
∎ Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure successful project delivery & training.
∎ Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to develop business strategies.
∎ Capable of working as an individual as well as a team member, also have to capable to give training and support to client any time.
∎ Handling in-office as well as enquiries by phone and online platforms such as Email, WhatsApp, Facebook etc. and convert these enquiries to customer.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
