Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

• Diploma in Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• It is preferred if you have a BSc, BA, or diploma in safety management, engineering, or a related field.

• 3 to 4 years

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Thorough understanding of rules (such as OSHA/IOSH) and protocols.
• Awareness of potentially dangerous substances or methods.
• Expertise in creating health and safety policies and reports.
• knowledge of reporting statistics and performing data analysis.
• Competent with Microsoft Office; having a working understanding of safety management information systems is advantageous.
• Exceptional ability to organize. diligent and extremely detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to introduce and clarify health and safety issues.
• Occupational health and safety certificate.

• Encourage OHS to develop its policies and initiatives. 
• Assess risks and put preventative measures in place.
• Review and update current policies and procedures in accordance with the law.
• Start and coordinate executive and staff OHS training.
• Check the property and employee work for problems or non-conformities (e.g., failure to wear protective gear).
• Oversee installation, upkeep, and material disposal, among other things.
• Any unsafe behaviors or procedures that appear harmful or unhealthy should be stopped.
• To identify causes and manage worker's compensation claims, incidents should be documented and looked into.
• Organize event reports and give higher management statistical information.
• To provide guidance and instruction on a range of safety-related subjects, hold a Tools Box Meeting every day.
