Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline, preferably on public health / environment. Safety related course/ certificate from recognized public/ Pvt university/ institution will be given added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and control all HSE matters related with project team members and subcontractors in ensuring that the project is in compliance with the project requirement ie specification, safety cord andother policies/guidelines related to the project.
∎ Responsible for the health safety, environment, security and emergency throughout the project duration to achieve safe project completion.
∎ Ensure that project is executed incompliance with HSE management plan, HSE management procedure .Potential risk register, potential risk mitigation plan and any other HSE related documents.
∎ Conduct Health, Safety and Security training/workshop with concerned workers everyday/weekly at the construction project;
∎ Participate in HSE risk assessment and hold relevant meeting, workshop internally.
∎ Monitor and update the HSE risk register and ensure all mitigation plans are strictly adhere to throughout the project execution.
∎ Continuous inspection of project sites, to ensure safety, security and hazard-free environment.
∎ Takes action in response to suspicious persons and situations, safety hazards, and unusual or illegal activity in project area.
∎ Creating and enforcing safety& security guidelines, policies and programs as needed;
∎ Carrying out drills and exerciseson managing emergency situations;
∎ Conducting investigations on accidents;
∎ Attending project planning meetings regarding safety & security and collaborating with Project Manager;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years practical experience as Safety& Security Officer in a Construction Project.
∎ Able to work under stress.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge on Microsoft Office.

Salary: Negotiable
