Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end student journey: initial consultation, document assessment, SOP review, GTE, and visa lodgment.
Communicate with Foreign Universities/Colleges on behalf of the Company.
Prepare and manage study abroad documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Write strong and personalized Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for students (top priority).
Accurately complete immigration and institutional forms on a case-by-case basis.
Provide guidance to students and guardians on program selection, admission requirements, visa processes, and financial planning.
Coordinate with the Documentation Team and distribute tasks among team members.
Manage the end-to-end student journey: initial consultation, document assessment, SOP review, GTE, and visa lodgment.
In-depth knowledge of Australian university admissions, visa procedures, and GTE requirements
Provide accurate and timely reports on counseling and enrolment progress
Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counseling to suit their skills.
