Responsibilities & Context:
  • Annually analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of RTM models across the CKBS markets.

  • Participate in strategic direction setting for the RTM Strategies, utilizing tools, benchmarks, and services.

  • Interact with markets to show them RTM opportunities (distributor management, frontline productivity, wholesaler engagement, and digital models), and design fit-for-purpose RTM models.

  • Interact with stakeholders to get feedback for the design.

  • Provide support in the implementation plans.

  • Manage and keep up-to-date reports as a proxy to provide visibility to all CKBS Markets on their main opportunities (Track usage and create training as needed).

  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to align RTM strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Share insights and collaborate on initiatives to drive business growth.

  • Support through Numeric Distribution tracking to identify main areas of opportunity and provide guidance and recommendations to drive focus where we have the bigger opportunities.

  • Measure sales personnel productivity and compare vs targets.

  • Check on the distributor’s operational and financial health.

  • Evaluate wholesaler engagement and strategies.

  • Publish the RTM model’s analysis to support commercial decisions.

  • Coordinate meetings with other to find out the best RTM practices.

  • Investigate new selling and delivery models used by other companies that could be adapted to our market realities now or in the future.

  • Adapt best practices into possible best models and guide operations to pilot and implement them.
