Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate (BBA preferred) with major in Finance from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess risk for the vendors based on established risk methodology and criterion
∎ Update the risk template with various analytics based on current and past business performance for all the required vendors
∎ Risk assessment for all the newly on-boarded factories irrespective of customer categories and business volume
∎ Circulation of risk assessment summary to all the respective business heads
∎ Chase and collect relevant documents for risk assessment, and keep in touch with factory management on a continuous basis
∎ Review salary payment date, delays in shipments, air% of shipments, and other relevant financial documents viz. credit rating report/audited financial statement/bank statement/sanctioned letter of relevant factories
∎ Preparation of accounts receivable and accounts payable summary and circulation of the same to the respective business verticals
∎ Update accounts receivable aging and accounts payable summary to the central risk team
∎ Preparation of credit risk reports & PPTs for all the direct marketing verticals on a quarterly basis
∎ Weekly short shipment analysis, opportunity gain/loss analysis for respective business verticals
∎ Credit risk checks based on insured buyers and their possible exposure
∎ Monthly review on CoGS for LDP/DDP shipments for all the direct marketing verticals
∎ Monthly interest calculation for inter-company advances taken by different business verticals
∎ Run export data/open order/inter-company balances/accounts payable and other relevant data from SAP as and when required by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates working in any reputed Credit rating agencies.
