• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Office (especially Excel).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Robust knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial controls.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate across functions.

• Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle including billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and collections.

• Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices for terminal handling, storage, vessel, and related port services.

• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain effective communication with clients regarding billing issues.

• Coordinate with operations and commercial teams to validate service records against revenue generation.

• Analyze revenue trends and provide regular reports to management on billing accuracy, receivables, and collection status.

• Implement controls to minimize revenue leakage and ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and port regulations.

• Support audits by preparing necessary revenue documentation and responding to queries.

• Assist in system improvements and automation of billing/revenue processes for greater efficiency.

• Provide customer support for billing inquiries and resolve disputes in a professional and timely manner.
