Additional Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, Revenue Management, or Commercial roles.

  • Strong analytical and commercial skills.

  • Experience in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or F&B is a plus.

  • MBA/BBA preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

Revenue Management

  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across all Babuland branches.

  • Monitor daily/weekly revenue performance and implement corrective actions.

  • Improve footfall, conversion, ARPU, and membership revenue.

New Channel Development

  • Identify and launch new revenue channels (membership programs, events, school tie-ups, corporates, birthdays, partnerships).

  • Develop and scale B2B and institutional partnerships.

  • Explore franchising, digital sales, community partnerships, and new product lines.

Strategic & Growth Initiatives

  • Build the company’s yearly revenue growth plan.

  • Test and optimize new packages, offers, pricing models, and customer journeys.

  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations to support campaigns that drive footfall and sales.

Business Partnerships

  • Secure collaborations with schools, corporates, malls, brands, and communities.

  • Create and manage revenue-generating B2B packages (bulk tickets, sponsored events, co-branded programs).

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on revenue performance, channel performance, and ROI.

  • Analyze data trends to make fast, informed decisions.

  • Maintain dashboards for leadership review.

Team Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Branch Managers, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

  • Support the management of sales/growth executives where required.
