Responsibilities & Context:

Cozy Cub, a sister concern of Alam Group, is a growing baby wear and children’s fashion brand committed to quality products and exceptional customer experience. We are currently seeking a dynamic, responsible, and experienced professional for the position of Retail Store & Admin Executive for our retail operations at Jamuna Future Park and Banani Outlets.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership capability, retail operational knowledge, and administrative management skills who can efficiently oversee day-to-day outlet activities while ensuring excellent customer service and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations and administration of the retail outlet.

  • Lead, supervise, and monitor sales executives and store staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Ensure achievement of outlet sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

  • Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, discipline, grooming, and performance monitoring.

  • Handle store administration, reporting, documentation, and coordination with the corporate office.

  • Monitor inventory, stock movement, product display, and replenishment to avoid stock shortages or discrepancies.

  • Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.

  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management review.

  • Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and seasonal sales initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and retail best practices.

    Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, showroom management, or fashion retail administration.

  • Experience fashion retail, baby wear, or lifestyle brands is a must

  • Prior experience managing retail outlet teams and administrative functions is required.
