- Experience: 3 to 8 years in retail sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and retail accounts.
- Ability to operate POS software and Excel.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and team mindset.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Anyone Who Has Worked In Retail Stores With The Knowledge Of Serving The Customers, Ability To Attain New Product Knowledge Very Quickly, Working Long Hours And Promoting Brands Are Welcome.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Interact with walk-in customers and provide product information in a professional and friendly manner.
- Prepare accurate invoices and complete billing procedures.
- Maintain daily cash book entries and ensure transaction records are up to date.
- Perform multiple tasks efficiently, including handling sales, customer queries, and account-related entries.
- Record and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
- Learn product specifications and details quickly and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Work Schedule:
Time: 9:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
