Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle front desk B2C sales with professionalism and efficiency.
∎ Manage hyper-tasking: simultaneously handle customer service, billing, inventory checks, and payment collection.
∎ High knowledge to convince customers regarding tires, auto parts, Lubricants.
∎ Ability to perform DOOR TO DOOR (D2D) & B2B SELLING.
∎ Operate POS and ERP systems efficiently for sales, billing, and inventory management.
∎ Receive customer payments via cash, bank, bKash/Nagad, and cheques, ensuring accurate documentation and issuance of receipts.
∎ Maintain proper documentation with evidence collection (payment vouchers, challans, bank slips, receipts, etc.).
∎ Perform banking tasks, including cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque handling, and loan facility utilization when required.
∎ Apply sound knowledge of basic accounting principles, particularly in sales invoicing, cash handling, and reconciliation.
∎ Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory management, delivery arrangements, and stock updates.
∎ Manage aspects of distribution and supply chain, ensuring timely dispatch of products to customers.
∎ Report daily on sales, collections, stock movement, and cash handling to the head office.
∎ Handle customer complaints, after-sales service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain a neat, organized, and customer-friendly showroom environment.
∎ Support management in implementing sales strategies, achieving targets, and maintaining operational discipline.
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
∎ Strong experience in retail sales, POS/ERP operations, cash handling, and accounting.
∎ Ability to perform hyper-tasking with efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Sound knowledge of general banking procedures, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque handling, and basic loan processing.
∎ Basic understanding of distribution, logistics, and supply chain management.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with technology.
