Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records in Tally ERP and other ERP software.
∎ Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
∎ LOAN FACILITY ADJUSTMENT, AUDITING, GENERAL BANKING.
∎ Ensure accurate data entry, ledger posting, and financial reporting.
∎ Prepare and submit VAT returns, tax returns, and other regulatory compliance reports accurately and on time.
∎ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh accounting standards, VAT Act, and Income Tax Ordinance.
∎ Handle inventory accounting and cost management through ERP.
∎ Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
∎ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of all financial records, VAT challans, invoices, and compliance certificates.
∎ Monitor and report on cash flow, bank transactions, and financial health of the company.
∎ Support the management with accurate financial insights for decision-making.REQUIREMENTS :
∎ Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
∎ Proven work experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant.
∎ Must be very Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and other ERP/accounting software.
∎ Strong knowledge of VAT, Tax, and Regulatory Compliance in Bangladesh.
∎ Familiar with IFRS and local accounting standards.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
∎ Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
