Responsibilities & Context:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients in a professional, fluent English-speaking manner.
Provide accurate information on travel products, reservations, pricing, and services.
Manage customer queries, complaints, and service requests with patience and clear communication.
Generate and close sales leads while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
Process bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently using company systems and guidelines.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
Meet monthly performance targets for sales, service quality, and call handling.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow company protocols during night and day shifts, ensuring operational continuity.
Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all customer interactions.
Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
