Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.
∎ Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and meets resort standards.
∎ Manage guest interactions, resolve complaints, and handle special requests.
∎ Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
∎ Help with staff training and development.
∎ Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
∎ Monitor sales and assist with cost control to meet financial goals.
∎ 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
∎ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
∎ Flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
∎ We have two properties, Ecosense Resort & Holiday Inn Resort Bandarban.
∎ Willingness to work at both properties depending on operational needs.
