∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
∎ Good communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Our Laundry is at our sister concern, Holiday Inn Resort, Meghla, Bandarban. Mentality to work there.
∎ Proven experience as a Laundry Manager or in a supervisory laundry role (5+ years preferred)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the daily operations of the laundry facility, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding
∎ Supervise, train, and schedule laundry staff to ensure efficient workflow
∎ Monitor equipment performance, schedule maintenance, and coordinate repairs as needed
∎ Maintain inventory of laundry supplies, detergents, and linens; place orders when necessary
∎ Implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure all items are cleaned to specifications
∎ Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
∎ Prepare operational reports, including usage trends, productivity, and cost control
∎ Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally (if applicable)
