∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
∎ Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel).
∎ Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily accounting transactions including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
∎ Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
∎ Process payroll and ensure accurate employee compensation.
∎ File tax returns and ensure timely compliance with local, state, and national tax regulations.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to manage costs and improve profitability.
∎ Assist in internal and external audits.
∎ Maintain accurate records and perform periodic financial analysis.
