Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and fixtures.
∎ Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
∎ Perform regular maintenance checks and provide timely interventions to prevent breakdowns.
∎ Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and address guests' issues promptly.
∎ Document work performed and maintain service records.
