Experience:
Chinese/Arabian/Indian/Japanese Restaurants/Hotels in relevant position.
Must be experienced in Chinese/Arabian/Indian/Japanese Restaurant.
Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
Good looking, smart and physically fit.
Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
Ability to prioritize tasks & manage workload using own initiative.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.
Manage overall management of restaurant operations on day to day basis to assure optimum
performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales-marketing, party
booking, property appearance and cost control.
Partnership with other department heads to ensure guest satisfaction and quality foods.
Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue in all areas of restaurant including
Chinese Thai, Traditional cuisine etc.
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory and restaurant supplies.
Continuously develop guest relations and staffs skill.
Ensure smooth restaurant operations & respond to customer queries and complaints.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, healthy & safety environment.
Identify improvements needed and build on guest loyalty.
Maintain liaison with various government authorities.
Perform other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
Event planning working on plans for large events like weddings or birthdays and others.
Communicating with management, crew, and diners.
Greeting customers, taking reservations, and responding to complaints.
