∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Hotel Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Guest Relation, Hospitality Management, Reservation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all equipment and daily chores to staff before opening.
∎ maintain checklist.
∎ Make sure all is in order before opening.
∎ Supervise all staffs and monitors and holds training sessions if needed.
∎ Report to management about sales on a daily basis.
∎ Close till at the end of day.
∎ Checks daily purchase order.
∎ Manages product if needed.
∎ Receives reservation via phone.
∎ Maintain customer relationship.
∎ Develop stock management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have prior knowledge of responsibility to service and can maintain high standard in terms of quality.
∎ Is able to accomplish target set out by management.
∎ Have knowledge about inventory.
∎ Can maintain high standard in terms of customer service.

Salary: Negotiable
