Experience:

Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability. Implement cost-control measures to maximize efficiency.
Analyze financial reports and adjust operations accordingly.
Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Foster a positive working environment to reduce staff turnover.
Ensure food and beverage quality meets restaurant standards.
Monitor kitchen and service standards to ensure consistency. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.
Maintain records related to payroll, sales, inventory, and staff.
Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Ensure licenses and certifications are up-to-date (e.g. food safety).
