• Oversee daily restaurant operations (front and back of house).

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Monitor inventory and order food, beverages, and supplies as needed.

• Schedule staff shifts and ensure appropriate coverage.

• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.

• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

• Train staff to handle guests professionally and courteously

• Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.

• Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability. Implement cost-control measures to maximize efficiency.

• Analyze financial reports and adjust operations accordingly.

• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

• Foster a positive working environment to reduce staff turnover.

• Ensure food and beverage quality meets restaurant standards.

• Monitor kitchen and service standards to ensure consistency. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.

• Maintain records related to payroll, sales, inventory, and staff.

• Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

• Ensure licenses and certifications are up-to-date (e.g. food safety).
