∎ • Must know the quality standard of foods
∎ • Capable to run the whole restaurant operations including kitchen
∎ • Must be a self-starter, capable of working independently & under pressure
∎ • Strong team commitment & leadership competencies
∎ • Must have good communication skill
∎ • Must know the ways to deal with the customers
∎ • Should know how to keep cleanliness in the restaurant & in kitchen
