Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at our fine dining restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with daily operations, managing staff, maintaining exceptional customer service, and ensuring profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the General Manager with managing the restaurant's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, and overseeing the kitchen.
∎ Train and manage front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service.
∎ Work with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant profitability, such as upselling techniques and cost controls.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of the restaurant's physical appearance, ensuring that it is clean and well-maintained.
∎ Manage customer complaints and ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines.
∎ Assist the General Manager with developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase revenue.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 year in a management position.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
∎ A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
∎ Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost controls, and health and safety regulations.
