• Requirements
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Server in a restaurant or café preferred (but not mandatory for the right candidate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and teamwork spirit.

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter to join our team. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience, and maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude.
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction during their meal.
• Handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
• Process bills, accept payments, and return change correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables, chairs, and service areas.
• Set up dining areas before service and reset tables after guests leave.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support the overall restaurant operations.
