Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter to join our team. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience, and maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude.
- Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and provide recommendations when requested.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction during their meal.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Process bills, accept payments, and return change correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables, chairs, and service areas.
- Set up dining areas before service and reset tables after guests leave.
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support the overall restaurant operations.
