Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring the entire resort
Training and supervising staff
Managing and motivating team to increase sales
Agreeing and managing budget
Planning menus
Ensuring compliance and licensing, hygiene and health and safety
Promotion and marketing the business
Overseeing stock levels
Ordering supplies
Producing staff roster
Handling customer enquirers and complaints
Preparing and presenting staffing/ sales reports
Keeping statistical and financial records
Assessing and improving profitability
Handling administration and paperwork
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant
Any other job assigned by the top management
