Job Context:
∎ Reservation Manager required for a 5 star hotel. ( Pre-Opening role)
∎ To establish systems & processes for the Reservation department independently.
∎ Should be in a position to set up and Manage the department efficiently as per 5 star hotel standards.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Laisioning with Central Reservations to communicate new rate plans and promotions.
∎ Assisting the sales team in setting their rates.
∎ Maintaining the in house reservation systems.
∎ Forecasting Revenue Streams . Maintaining rate parity across all channels. Etc, etc

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Very prompt and accurate in responding.
