Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, English (Language), Proficiency in written and spoken English
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities -
∎ -Making the Reservation of Air tickets, Hotels, Tours, Activities, Transfers, and other relevant services.
∎ -Work on GDS Sabre, Amadeus & Galileo( Training provided)
∎ -Coordinate with Customers, suppliers, Airlines & other relevant parties.
∎ -Good Knowledge of Reservation and Air Ticketing Sector
∎ -Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline's Promotional offers.
∎ -Making and confirming bookings through GDS, online portal, email, or phone.
∎ -Should be Familiar with Issue, Re-Issue, Re-Validation, Refund.
∎ -Making online reservations & processing refunds for the ticket
∎ -Any other Tasks assign by the management.
∎ -Organize travels from beginning to end.
∎ -Provide up-to-date travel-related information to the customer.
∎ -Maintain high professional standards of communications, dealings with customers & suppliers
∎ -Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be skilled in Computer, Internet browsing, social media marketing, very good in written & spoken English.
