Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ HSC/Diploma/ BBA/ MBA/ Hon's/ Masters from any approved educational institution.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting, Computer skill, Customer Service, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), English (Language), Google Sheets, Internet browsing & online work ability.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Special & Non- Negotiable Conditions- Must read conditions before apply.
∎ Must work at least 2 years in this company. Can not switch or move to other company.
∎ Day Shift: Must be able to work day shift as 6 days a week as per roster., weekly 1 day off.
∎ Night Shift (Male Only): Must be able to work night shift as per roster.
∎ Must be flexible with government holidays & work as per roster.
∎ Attend customer calls, provide product information, send quotes, create invoice.
∎ Flight Booking, Hotel Booking, Ticket Issue, Ticket Reissue, Refund, other Relevant activities and duty assigned by Manager. (These will be trained)
∎ Communicate with customer by email, phone, Social Media, in person.
∎ Must be able to maintain co-operative and close relationship with old clients and develop new customers through professional caliber.
∎ Preparing corporate proposal, as per clients' requirements, to meet clients' needs.
∎ Submit daily work reports, on a regular basis.
∎ Capable of setting up SMS/Email reminder for Special Offer/Product info/events etc.
∎ Must able to work multiple task.
∎ To know Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and other relevant software are an advantages.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hard working and team worker.
∎ Work experiences in any travel agency are an advantage.
∎ Applicant must be sincere to work.
∎ Applicant must maintain roster duty.
∎ Must Able to work in an under pressure.
∎ Must be gentle, polite & energetic.
∎ MUST be fluent in spoken, reading and written English
∎ Customer focused and service oriented.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges.
∎ Should have knowledge in Customer support/ client service, Relationship
∎ management, Airline ticket booking and reservation.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending on experience and expertise. Incentive/benefits may be reviewed yearly based in performance.
