Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS), Master of Development Studies (MDS), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Must have Masters in Development Studies / Statistics/ Anthropology/ Sociology/ Public Health or relevant subject from a reputed university with good CGPA.
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, Report Writing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Proposal Development, Social research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing concept note/research proposal according to EoI/RFP for national and international organisations including Govt. and Non-Govt. agencies
∎ Design research methodology
∎ Preparing data collection tools
∎ Writing reports/monographs/working papers/research brief and policy briefs
∎ Coordinating field studies and maintaining communication with donors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience of proposal development
∎ Expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
∎ Relevant training (proposal development, report writing)
∎ Authorship in published reports/books/articles
∎ Good presentation skill
∎ Good command over written and spoken English
∎ Experienced in report and proposal preparation
∎ Oriented with development project/program assessment and evaluation
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
