Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s in social science/ Development Studies/ any relevant subject.
∎ Skills Required: Computer & Good commend in English.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing Basic & Fundamental of Academic Advanced Research Methodology to the Researcher
∎ Plan and supervise mapping and assessment of all researchers within the proposed catchment area
∎ Coordinate and supervise data collection from all researchers within the catchment area as per the work plan.
∎ Assist to develop an implementation plan, Research Title, Research Proposal, Questionnaire, Data collection and analysis, Qualitative data research, Quantitative data sets, Literature Review, Statistical computer software programs, quality assurance plan, and field testing of data collection tools.
∎ Collate data and prepare, progress reports, as required.
∎ Regularly coordinate with Researchers to ensure research work.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, and archiving records

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Operating MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SPSS
∎ Familiarity with statistical software will be an added advantage
∎ Able to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the stakeholders.
∎ Should be willing to accept challenges and able to handle multiple tasks at a time.
∎ Should be able to communicate effectively both in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Good Presentation Skills
∎ Candidates living in the Dhaka area or nearby will be preferred.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ 30,000/- & Attractive compensation package will be offered based on the prior experience and skilled of the candidate.
