Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Analysis, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Research Design/ Analysis

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Is able to understand project goal and develop project methodology, prepare structured data collection form and identifying suitable techniques for the data collection, analytical methods and final report with interpretation.
∎ Develop a detailed project plan, coordinate, execute and track progress periodically.
∎ Supervise team members on daily basis to complete their task within deadlines.
∎ Identify areas of improvements and develop new methodologies to meet milestones.
∎ Present research findings to management in an understandable manner.
∎ Work with management in preparation of project budget and schedule.
∎ Follow and enforce state and federal regulations.
∎ Stay abreast with latest developments in research tools and techniques.
∎ Analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately.
∎ Coordinate with management in determining research priorities and developing research roadmap.
∎ Identify key challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
∎ Ensure that research deliverables meet quality as per international standards and business requirements.
∎ Prepare various reports, charts, graphs, and presentations as per requirements.
