Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should desirably have a PhD degree from a reputed university and a minimum of two (2) publications in peer-reviewed journals or chapters in books or monographs brought out by a reputable publishing house.
∎ In case of exceptional professional achievements, including an excellent publication record, the PhD requirement may be relaxed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be entrusted with the specific responsibility of contributing to CPD's ongoing research programmes.
∎ Candidates should have experiences in delivering research programmes and demonstrated capacity to undertake research work independently and supervise research work of others.
∎ The selected candidate will also be responsible for supervision and management of research studies and development of research proposals.
∎ He/she will be adept at networking with other institutions, government agencies and professionals.
