∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering / Diploma in Food Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering / Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering / Diploma in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Industry, Research organization, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating and collaborating with marketing and operation departments.
∎ Develop strategic and creative new products for multiple use including food industry and other industrial purpose.
∎ To conduct continual testing, improvement and scaling of new products.
∎ Develop and refine specifications and applications of new products.
∎ Understanding of food product chemistry, analytical testing, formulation, and processes used in food manufacturing preferred.
∎ Must be a broadly trained in functional ingredients related to flours, starches, fibers, sweeteners, enzymes, oxidation, emulsifiers, preservatives agents
∎ Experience in Food Chemistry, Starch Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physical Chemistry, or a related field with a strong background in hydrocolloids/starches
∎ To prepare product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs.
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have good command in English & Bengali
∎ Specific experience in product development, product chemistry, new product analysis will be given preference

Salary: Negotiable
