Title: Research Coordinator for Monitoring & Evaluation for Learning

Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in social science discipline
∎ Professional training on research methods preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and lead team on Monitoring And Evaluation for Learning (M&E for L)
∎ Develop project proposals based on consultation with program (may include extensive field visits)
∎ Develop appropriate methodologies and tools for projects
∎ Train team on monitoring and evaluation methods

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years (s) in research or M&E position
∎ Proven success and versatility in delivering monitoring and evaluation studies
∎ Strong knowledge of major evaluation methods (quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods)
∎ Experience in doing first hand data collection and analysis
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to synthesize complex information and data, and communicate it effectively to diverse audiences
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
∎ Ability to engage with a wider range of stakeholders
∎ Ability to build and lead young researchers
