• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, CSE & EEE) from reputed universities. 
• Progressing toward the CFA designation. Candidates who passed at least level 1 of CFA programs will be given preferences. Progressing toward the CFA designation. Candidates who passed at least level 1 of CFA programs will be given preferences.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance, Investment/Merchant Banking, Share Brokerage/ Securities House

• 3-4 years of practical experience in the capital market, especially in equity research, is required for Research Analyst.

• Core Equity Research: Write equity research notes, flash notes, macro-economic and industry outlook notes in conformity with best practices in the global equity research industry.
• Due Diligence: Visit site, investigate and interview officials of listed companies, meet industry experts and other stakeholders to form logical and substantiated reasons for the recommendation.
• Regular publications: Work on regular research publications for the daily market, morning newsflash, mutual funds, weekly comp sheets and various other routine activities.
• Data Management: Responsible for economic and listed companies’ databases and various proprietary information.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with Institutions, corporates, international investors, and other stakeholders.
• Strategic Support: Aid internal teams, senior management, and board in various strategic decisions, including investment decisions, advisory, macro-outlooks etc.
• Digital Business Support: Provide key inputs in establishing digital business.
