Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for Research Assistant/Junior Lecturer for VLSI Lab of USTC on prevailing terms and conditions:
∎ 1. Assisting Teachers in Training, assessment and evaluation in the Lab
∎ 2. Tutoring of students using Cadence software tools under both Linux and Windows environment
∎ 3. Preparing and updating of Lab manuals
∎ 4. Preparing manuscripts for publications in Conferences and Journals
∎ 5. Designing and drawing of technical diagrams and assessment under simulation environments such as PSPICE, MATLAB, MS VISIO etc
∎ 6. Monitoring and updating of server/clients applications and supports
∎ 7. Reporting daily Lab status to respective Coordinator of the Lab
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Required Skills:
∎ 1. S/He must have a Bachelor Degree especially in Computer Science/Electronics/Telecommunication/Applied Physics with a minimum research profile in VLSI and Micro-Electronics
∎ 2. Experience with Cadence tools and techniques in VLSI
∎ 3. Experience with FPGA boards will be preferred most
∎ 4. Should be familiar with PSPICE, MATLAB or other required simulations
