Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Management, or any relevant discipline.

• Prior experience in student counseling, admissions, marketing, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (spoken and written).

• Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.

• Good presentation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational institutions.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet, Social Media).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
