Experience:
Application Processing: Receive, review, and process internal/external applications (e.g., university application, refund) ensuring completeness and compliance.
Document Assessment: Evaluate submitted documents for accuracy, authenticity, and alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Document Guideline Development & Dissemination: Create, update, and circulate clear guidelines on document submission, formatting, and approval workflows.
Record Keeping & Filing: Maintain organized physical and digital records of all administrative documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Coordination with Other Departments: Liaise between departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth document flow and task follow‑up.
Reporting & Compliance Monitoring: Prepare periodic reports on document status, pending applications, and administrative bottlenecks; ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.
Query Resolution & Support: Respond to staff or applicant inquiries regarding document requirements, application status, and procedural clarifications.
