1. Conduct English language and IELTS preparation classes following an organized and student-focused teaching approach.

2. Teach all IELTS modules including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking according to updated IELTS standards.

3. Prepare lesson plans, class materials, practice tests, and mock exams to improve students’ language proficiency and test performance.

4. Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized feedback and improvement strategies.

5. Monitor students’ progress regularly and maintain academic records and attendance.

6. Support students in improving pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and overall communication skills.

7. Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and scoring techniques for IELTS.

8. Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom environment.

9. Coordinate with management regarding class schedules, student performance, and curriculum updates.

10. Participate in training sessions and professional development programs to stay updated with modern teaching methods.
