Experience:
1. Application Processing:
Receive, review, and process internal/external applications (e.g., universityapplication, refund) ensuring completeness and compliance.
2. Document Assessment
Evaluate submitted documents for accuracy, authenticity, and alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Document Guideline Development & Dissemination
Create, update, and circulate clear guidelines on document submission, formatting, and approval workflows.
4. Record Keeping & Filing
Maintain organized physical and digital records of all administrative documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
5. Coordination with Other Departments
Liaise between departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth document flow and task follow‑up.
6. Reporting & Compliance Monitoring
Prepare periodic reports on document status, pending applications, and administrative bottlenecks; ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.
7. Query Resolution & Support
Respond to staff or applicant inquiries regarding document requirements, application status, and procedural clarifications.
