Responsibilities & Context:

• Initiate and execute student recruitment campaigns and marketing activities.

• Counsel students and parents on overseas education opportunities, including country selection, course selection, university requirements, and career pathways.

• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, colleges, courses, and destinations.

• Provide professional guidance for study destinations including Australia, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, Malaysia, and other countries.

• Represent the agency at educational expos, seminars, and spot admission events.

• Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, leads, applications, follow-ups, and admissions progress.

• Achieve monthly student recruitment, counselling, and conversion targets.

• Ensure professional communication with students, parents, institutions, and stakeholders through email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports on recruitment, counselling, and operational activities.

• Collaborate effectively with the central team and local office staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent student service.
