The Instructor is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical instruction in the respective technical disciplines (Computer Science Technology, Electrical Technology, and Automobile Technology). The role focuses on developing students’ technical skills, supporting laboratory-based learning, and ensuring competency-based education aligned with industry standards. The position requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on teaching ability, and active involvement in institutional academic and training activities.
• Conduct theory and laboratory classes in the respective technology (CST, ET, or AT).
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, practical demonstrations, and assessment tools.
• Deliver hands-on training in computer systems, electrical systems, or automobile workshop practices.
• Evaluate students through quizzes, assignments, lab performance, viva, and examinations.
• Maintain attendance records, grading sheets, and academic documentation properly.
• Provide academic guidance, technical support, and mentoring to students.
• Supervise practical work, lab projects, and basic technical research activities where applicable.
• Assist in updating curriculum and improving competency-based training modules.
• Ensure proper use, safety, and maintenance of laboratory/workshop equipment.
• Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, training sessions, and institutional events.
• Support skill development programs, industrial attachment, and technical competitions.
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with institutional rules and safety standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the department or management.
