Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
∎ University Degree in Anthropology , Sociology , Social Science or related discipline
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, Ethnographic Research, Excellent Written skills for writing reports, Qualitative research
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Critical and analytical thinking, Research and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO, Research Organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct participant observation, interviews, focus groups, or other ethnographic data collection methods as per the research protocols
∎ Stay in the community, observe the daily life of farmers, take detailed field notes and maintain an ethnographic journal
∎ Prepare research materials, such as questionnaires, interview scripts, or data collection forms
∎ Capture audio, video, or visual data as required, ensure accuracy and completeness
∎ Assist in writing ethnographic descriptions, case studies, or narratives
∎ Collaborate and communicate effectively with research team members to interpret and make sense of the collected data
∎ Prepare visual aids, such as charts, maps, or diagrams, to support research findings
∎ Collaborate in producing publications and/or conference presentations based on research outcomes
∎ Attend research meetings, seminars, and workshops
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
